1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 70000bd platform, including all products, services, features, games, and content made available through the website. The Terms form a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 70000bd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 70000bd, you affirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative version for all purposes. In the event of any dispute relating to interpretation, the English text shall prevail.

70000bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any product, service, game, promotion, or feature at any time and without prior notice, except where notice is required by these Terms or applicable law. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our absolute discretion.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use 70000bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

70000bd conducts age and identity verification as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — to confirm your age and identity. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on 70000bd. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any bonuses or winnings accumulated across those accounts may be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are required to keep your registration details current. If any of your details change after registration — including your name, email address, phone number, or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly or notify our support team at support@70000bd.

• Registration is free. 70000bd does not charge any fee for opening an account.
• You must choose a strong, unique password for your account. Do not share your password with any other person.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately.

70000bd reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance. Refusing to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 70000bd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports a range of local payment methods designed for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance once payment confirmation is received from your chosen payment provider. 70000bd does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending identity confirmation. Our target processing time for withdrawals to bKash and Nagad is 60 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operational hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• 70000bd reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large deposit or withdrawal amounts.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once a wager has been placed using those funds.
• 70000bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network outages outside our control.
• Any funds deposited for the purpose of money laundering or fraud will be forfeited and reported to appropriate authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

70000bd offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus.

General rules that apply to all bonuses on 70000bd unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and can only be used on the 70000bd platform.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may not be claimed by existing players who have closed and reopened an account.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from account balances.
• 70000bd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. Active bonuses already credited will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other fraudulent means — will have bonuses and related winnings voided and their accounts may be closed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 70000bd are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product — sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, poker, or crash games. These product-specific rules are published within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

Sports Betting: Odds on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply. 70000bd covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, and international football leagues including the Premier League, La Liga, and UEFA Champions League.

Casino Games: All casino games on 70000bd use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. RNG integrity is maintained by the game providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — each of whom operates certified fair-play engines. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game's information panel.

• Bets may not be cancelled after they have been confirmed by the platform, except where 70000bd determines that a clear and obvious error occurred in the publication of odds or game parameters.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round or live bet, 70000bd will apply a fair resolution in accordance with the applicable game rules. Where a resolution cannot be determined, the stake may be refunded.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply per market and per game. These are displayed within each betting market or game interface.
• Winnings from casino games and sports bets will be credited to your BDT account balance once the relevant event or game round is settled.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using 70000bd, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account on 70000bd under any identity, device, or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any non-human method to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit games.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes in odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker games or other multi-player formats.
• Using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the 70000bd platform, software, or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 70000bd staff through any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with our support team.

Violation of any of the above prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and winnings, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

70000bd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Confirmed account holder is under the age of 18. 18+
• At the player's own request, including requests made under the Responsible Gaming self-exclusion programme.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support at support@70000bd. Any legitimate balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering requirements. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
